Easyer way?

Is there an easyer way to lock eprom , in other words a way to do it without useing extra IC chips? can someone direct me to somewhere to get a more informative eprom lock tutorial, I downloaded the one from this site and it just wont do?

What more info you need......?You don't need extra chips!A simple SPDT switch and resistor it requires.3 wires and youre good to go.
