0% transponders

hi guys, i have a 3500s with a d/n 500 with 2 seperate lnbs with dual outputs on each, my signal strength varies between 77% and 85% depending on the weather, now all of my tps have quality of 99% with the exception of these tps 12239 h,12311 v,12326 h,12355 h,12399 v, and 12457 v these are all at 0% Ive tuned my dish with a sat finder brought my strength up from 69% to 77% but im still not getting these tps , ive been fighting this thing for a week and a half now, im totally outta ideas, dont get me wrong i have a lot of channels but im missing alot of the hbos and the scifi also usa please,help im not new to this game but i have really hit a wall head first on this one, any and all ideas welcome thanks in advance :) :)

I have had a few locations that a lower height location was much better, ie mounted on a pole at ground level rather than on o roof.

With this setup you should of had a SW-21 on each receiver feed.....remove the sw-21 and use a diseqc switch......

Load a Legacy channel list...just make sure the channel list is not to old, 10/6 or later or you will have missing channels..

i have a diseqc switch installed but ive never loaded a channel list before i just did a blind scan , ive thought about doing this before but ,wouldnt it just have a blank screen if its not recieving the tp that the channel is supposed to be on? im going to give it a try but i was just wondering. and thanks alot and ill let you know what happens.

i'm having the same problem using a pansat 2700a. i tried everything, still no luck. how do you set up skew angle and the other settings? thanks alot.

well, i got it figured out im not sure what i did but i started by reloading the lastest bin fo the 3500, shut off the ird, opened channel master turned on ird clicked write to stb, hooked her up and bam!! nothing, not a single channel set default key still nothing went to 119 sat first started messing with lnb and switch settings and all of a sudden my quality come up to 70% on all but 2 tps (no good channels on them anyways) did the same thing on 110 and had same results, so , i got all the channels that i was after and all is well for now,i dont understand why messing with the lnb and switch settings changed anything this time because i had messed with them be fore i loaded the channel list and it didnt change anything but im not bitchin :) :cool: :) :cool:
