pansat 3500 guide Problem

I am having problems with my guide. I doesnt work. Is there a fix for that or is that the way FTA's are? also on my 4700 I had good strength and soon as I put my fta and the pansat switch in, 119 singnal cuts in and out. is that a switch problem?

i had the same problem i had to fine tune my dish got my strength up to 82% and quallity to 99% but im still missing some tps still working on that though, dont give up :) :) :) and as to the epg it just sucks the latest flash helped some but it still needs work, one theory ive read is there isnt enough memory to handel that much info, who knows some one will figure it out in the meantime just be glad you have something to watch. :) :) :)

yeah my epg seems to work awesome when i leave my chanells in the order of how it puts it when i did a full sat scan, but if i use a list or create a fav list ot screws up the epg, i think it has something to do with the listing..

if you have d/net receiver just hook it up to the if output on the back & use the guide from it. it works for me instead of waiting fog EPG.

As above title states .. Understand hook up to Dish Receiver, through FTA .. How are you hooking uo Dish Receiver to TV .. Do you use a AB switch .. ?? or FTA as S-Video and Dish Receiver as TV Out ??
