no american chenal how do i get @119-110

i have fortec ultra and i got 148-119-110
i use to get all the chenal. now no american it says scramble or bad chennal???
i was watching 2 days ago. 148 still come but no 119-110. good signal 85 stength
can someone help me on this.

You can have great signal strength and the quality can be poor. Sounds like you might be looking at the wrong sat. Take a look at you dish and check settings as 148 doesn't have much in the way of American Channels. 110 & 119 are the birds you want and one antenna will have a tough time getting them all unless you have a BUD. Tell us what you have on the roof and sw etc as well as quality and signal strength.
