channel list update

Hello. I have many channels, but I am missing many too. I either get "no signal" or "updating."

I think I have to update my channel list, and I do not know how. I downloaded Channel master from the downloads section, but I get a "corrupted pop up" when I attempt to extract... even if I could extract it, how do I use it...

oh yeah, do I get "no signal" b/c of the clouse out here, or b/c I need a new channel list?

Oh yeah. I'm also having trouble connnecting the receiver using ftlink (the reciever has already been updated though).... I change the com ports, but get nothing.... what's wrong?

what equiptment do you have (reciever,dish,etc...
