Is there any how to's out there to add resistors and heat sink to cure 1022a heating problem. I read that a 102g is just a modded 1022a. Thank You.

The 102G's still get plenty hot. But,I've read a lot of posts about adding one of those PCI slot fans next to the card. Seems to work. I've seen them at Best Buy.

I'll Check it out. Got a 1022a coming and too late to stop shipment after I read about problems, hopefully I'll get a good one. Figure I might as well solve issue before it is a problem. Thanks for the response.

Since my last post I have recieved my 1022a, and after installing and running it, I found no overheating issues. If anything it seems to run cooler than my video card. The cooling fan in my tower doesn't run on as high a speed with the 1022a running all day(13+ hours) as it does when I am playing video games. Guess I got a good one. Thanks for the response though.
