2500 flash help please

Just curious if anyone can give me a walk through on flashing a pansat 2500 .. does the receiver need to be on or off or on a certain screen.. if someone could at least point me in the right direction...

Turn the unit off, have the loader ready to download and then turn the Ird on, when you see the first night rider light come on, hit the download button. That works best for me. Using a shorter RS-232 serial cable works best also. The Ird should reboot when the file is completely loaded.
