help coolsat no channel

I flash new bin (coolsat4000_norw_200051109.stb) but I don't have any channel please help me set up thanks

U'll have to load channel or scan for it.

what do you mean by you dont have any channel?


Do you mean a picture on the channel or you cant scroll up or down any channels? Or you dont have any channel lists downloaded to the receiver?

more info is needed here...

do you mean that every channel you scroll down to you have a message of scrambled channel or the channel is black ????

I scan channel I have channel but no picture so what can I do please help me thanks

if you are using a disecq switch you need to go in to the menu,installation,dish settings and check your settings as I believe they revert back to none when you re-flash the receiver. Also make sure in the receiver information that the software shows as 101p to make sure you have the latest flash.

I try re set but I nave just channel 100 and 103 every channel have message of scrambled channel please help me thanks

We cant help you too much until you post your antenna settings.Are you using a Disecq switch or an sw 21 switch. Post your settings so we can see if there is a problem there. What software version shows in the receiver information.
