3900 Modded but no - Tries to download new firmware.

I used a .fs file for the 3900 from the files area. Followed all the instructions I have found within and when I put the modded TSOP back on the ird - the green light starts flashing like it is trying to download something? What could I have done wrong? I am not sure of one thing are the RSA found in the same place on the 3900? Not sure about the fixing of the CRC either I tried it bot ways checking it and unchecking it. Looking for some of your thoughts on this.

s there a program to update the the firmware i have a 501and want to updat to p303 but still have my buffered jtag hooked uo as i am still waiting for my avrx i down loading the flash and dont know how to update the ird because all these yrs never had to do it need some kind of instuctions or can i do it with the avrx after plus sre the # in the keys on the avrx software correct thanks if someone can point me in the right direction I used a .fs file for the 3900 from the files area.
