Are all Rom 10 Cards The Same ???

Have a friend in the UK who has Rom 10 Rev A16 cards are they the same as Dish or Bell rom cards ?? The ones he has are made by Nagra.....

I had tried the europe rom 10 phone cards and they didn't work. The OTP or one time programmable part was different.

Yep they good to go , I had lots of Telewest Rom 10 cards at 1 time, and they were from the UK.. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe they actually were pulled from a job lot of digital cable boxes that were using the same Nagra system...
