ok ,first use the 0919 3m w/ win ex ,then unloop the card ,then clean the card a few times,then write the latest (0919) 3m, do your settings & ratings zip ect.done.

are you using mili's privet win ex ,do you get 3m support from mili?if you do he would have emailed you the latest 3m (0919)
