used the time zone and zip code from scammers- fo and 476. still one hour off. should be the same as purteo rico. tried f4 and was 2 hours off.

According to my records, that is correct. Just for shits and grins, try EC or E8 or E4.

I don't know what card you're using this for and I probably wouldn't remember what address this is suppose to be under if you told me. Where were you using f0 and f4? Try using EC where you where putting those.
