I couldn't get the link to work.

What is the backdoor for?

Is there a way to get rid of it?

How do you know when they have put a backdoor on you?

Does this spell lawsuit, because they are fucking with our piracy/privacy?

Ok I got it to work, it's undetectable, and you can't get rid of it unless you format your hardrive and start over.

I say why not leave it and use their backdoor against them.

If they want to give us a virus, I say give them a worm by implementing our computers with all the killer shit.

Sony has had several major lawsuits filed against them for this, and they've said they stopped doing this, but I'm not so sure. It seems hackers have figured out how to use this backdoor for their own illicit purposes. If you've never tried to copy a Sony DVD or CD then you do not have this illegal and immoral software on your machine.

MS is supposed to add a way to remove it in thier Malicious Software Removal Tool.

Check here.

You had to agree to this rootkit install just to play sulected sony cd's & only allowed 2 copys to be made.

Old news, Columbia's lastest DVD's do the same. It's already hacked whored and fixed easily. Don't even need a sharpie pen like Sony's last copy protect scheme.

Guys, to avoid having this install on your computer you need to turn of auto cd.

Please rename the attached file to .reg from .txt, this reg entry will turn of autoplay.
