this is what i get when i try to flash my mik never have used program so any comments will help i have a modded mik3 that i need to flash so i can unlock some rom10 a23 and a24 with what do i have setup wrong or missing thanks

What operating system are you using ? What is the power source on the Mik ? Do you have the same com selected in the program and the pc ?
