Dirt cake? Got the recipe?
We always used to have enchiladas during the holidays (my own recipe), but the wife's arthritis is so bad we haven't had them in a few years.
Happy Thankgiving all!

sure lefty I will get fubrette to tell me it is some good shit.
well the inlaws went well up till my sis in law told me my belly was getting fat and I said yep starting to resemble your ass :) lol.....
Dirt Cake
1-stick margarine
1-8 ounce package cream cheese
1-12 ounce carton cool whip
1-cup sugar
3 cups milk
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1-teaspoon vanilla
1-1 ¼ pound package oreo cookies
Finely crush the entire package of cookies, crush until the creamy middle disappears. This makes the “dirt” for the cake. Cream the margarine and cream cheese together. Add the sugar and cool whip, mixing well. Combine the milk, vanilla, pudding mix and vanilla when set, add this to the margarine and cream cheese mixture. Put half of the “dirt” mixture on the bottom of an oblong cake pan. Pour the filling mixture on top of this. Top the filling with the remaining “dirt”. Chill for 10 to 12 hours before serving. Add gummy worms on top for fun.
