Went thru Crazy's sticky but can't get any public downloads to work (too many people). Anybody have a tutorial on mods required to use as a Rom10 loader/unlocker? Thanks in advance.

After doing some reading I think the old HU loaders can't be used to program Rom10's - only unlocking. Can anyone confirm? Have a couple of Rom10's, an old HU loader, and a couple MC loaders. Do I still need an ISO?

I have downloaded a few of the mod files from the files section but it looks like modded loaders are used for unlocking only, not programming. Correct?
