Try this, files are in the download section. It has P075 and virgin eeprom
(Look for 501-508-510 102to10.rar (http://vip.dssftp.com/))
Instructions from whoever made those bins below-Thanks
1- using JKEYS, delete flash 1 & 2
2- overwrite eeprom
3- write VIRGIN flash 2
4- connect to stream & wait for loading with warning message
5- delete flash 2
6- write MOD flash2
7- check switch
8- watch tv
P:S I didn't even have to zero the drive

I was having the same error this is what I did and it solved the problem.
make the eeprom flash for the P063 in flash edit 2.0 write this to the IRD when you write flash U2. before writing the flash DISCONNECT the hard drive zero out using quick zero. once flashes have been written reconnect hard drive and power on unit no need to connect sat cable unless you need to stream to P304.
Becareful if the flash you are using opens in moved bootstrap.especially the P079 as the info displayed on the screen may not be the same as programmed if this is the case edit the moved IRD info to match the numbers you need and flash to IRD
DO NOT CONNECT A ZERO'D DRIVE TO THE IRD UNLESS IT IS MARRIED AS ONCE POWERED ON THE DRIVE MARRYS (yes even if it is to delete the old flashes) AND AN ERROR WILL OCCUR
hope this helps you guys good luck

So far, all virgin flashesthat I have tried, even very wrong ones, will marry the HD....
that's a big step.....get it married with anything, using the receiver number and boxkeys for the Atmega or ROM102toROM10 fix, whichever you are going to use.
Then erase the flashes and reflash with a modded P304 or an earlier flash, edited to the same boxkeys and receiver number that the HD was married to. The earlier flash MUST be the same or compatible with the original receiver build.......or it will not work. There are a lot of 510 builds, some are compatible and some are not...

Hello All. Here is my update. With success and help from skinerd and ynot-try.
I have managed to get my 510 working on P304,with no harddrive errors.
The KEY POINT I found was, your virgin flash has to be as close at possible as your build on the sticker of your ird to work, and don't forget to remove the drive well you flash the virgin tsop.( i did do a zero out on the drive)
I used build config DFEA on Virgin TSOP P080 for my 510 and my buid is DFAD. I followed Grandpa info ,except I had the harddrive removed during the first flash(virgin). Good Luck all and thanks Again!!!

You need virgin eeprom with your virgin flash. 04xx error is caused by not putting virgin eeprom.
Grandpa's directions are simple and good. All though I would do step 3 before step 2. as edited/described below.
1- using JKEYS, delete flash 1 & 2
2- write VIRGIN flash 2
3- overwrite eeprom
4- connect to stream & wait for loading with warning message( or about 3-5 mins)
5- delete flash 2
6- write MOD flash2
7- check switch
8- watch tv
P:S I didn't even have to zero the drive
