Help Ive fallen and I cant get up!!

:confused: I have a 4700converted to 4900 also 3100-010 and 2700
my problem is as follows!
i have followed all the steps in the N2 all in one file and still cant get past a blinking green light on ird and black screen.
does ird update first or should i see something
plugged for ten minutes already and using jumpered atmega with 4900
any help will me much appreciated

the ird has to update make sure you dont have a card in the card slot

If you have a modified bin on the receiver, you don't want to let it update unless you want to rewrite the TSOP with the current modified software.

Plug in the receiver without the Sat feed. Go into the settings and change the System Upgrage to My Permission Only. Exit out then hook up Sat feed.
