yes
paste this patch jst before you write to the card it will replace locals with internationals (most of them)

Thanks. I got most of them. I'm looking for tiers on channels 615, 620 and 621. I heard there's a N2RTM - where do you get it or if you have the above channels' tiers, can you post them please. Thanks
