t911 is it working or fried????

open 4 rom 10's then on last rom 10 all you get in Vac annalzer1 is xxxxxx'z, changing the resistance doesn't do any good, using a meter with 20m,200k.2k.200
On 2k i can only get a reading to 1.85 , increasing the pot I have no reading at 2k
Tha t911 is blue case, with green board. Don't have any other cards to try it on but the one, the card reads good in the iso.

More likely a funky card. Kind of hard to say for sure from my chair.

with no power to it and you should see it change and put it on 20m red to the out side and black to the inside
