These are $400 systems selling for outrageous money. Bad part is, most of them might be recalled due to overheating and picture freezing issues.

I would be if I had bought one. I knew that there was going to be a mad rush to buy one and most were already sold due to pre-orders. I think I'll wait until Halo 3 comes out to buy mine, if they are fixed by then.

The xbox 360 will only play older xbox game that M$ made or chooses to support, like halo 1 and 2. While the PS3 with be able to play all games that was made on the PS1 and 2.

i ordered mine from ebgames in august got it on the realese date and sold it on ebay to my surprise for only a $150.00 profit, and i had the ultimate bundle with all accesories and 4 games, i was hoping to make a little more, maybe people are realizing the problems (that and evryone and there mother was tryng to make a profit on them on ebay, shoudl have waited to sell closer to christmas), if you expect something brand new that comes out to be bug free you are in for a surprise, and the highest in demand items sich as the xbox 360 are always rushed you NEED to expect bugs, you can always wait and get it later. Now it shouldnt be that way, but it is thanks to corprate america and companies like misrosoft and people like bill gates that relese these half assed products before actually putting them through a test that will save them money in the long run.

You should be able play the older games. Each one will have an Emulator that you can download for free onto the Xbox 360. Just have to have MS make an emulator for each one.

my freind got the old xbox he spent 1000 on games only
i got more games than him on pc and i've spent on average 5$ for the rental

These game players are the GI Joes' nad Barbie dolls of the 21 century

Only difference was they almost gave the $ 5 dolls away so you would buy the $ 1000 in accessories

Now they charge you $ 400 for the privlage of buying .50 disks for $ 50 each and there will be hundreds of them
