I seen about a dozen or so posts asking the same question - is there a pfg to use our atmega 128s on an IRD with the 10to102 tsop fix.

Box Keys: 87382EC5ACC1047E
IRD# to 0162B382

The pfg should have the above info in it but I don't believe in re-creating the wheel so does anyone already have this done?

Every one take note. This is the wrong attidude to have. If you are not willing to test things why don't you just sub. This hobbie is not about free hand outs. You have to work for it. Not saying that I am a coder or anything but I do my own thing behind the sceen.

If there are dozens of other posts then why do you feel special.

Simply because you can find the question being asked over and over again but noone willing or able to answer to it.
ouch is asking a legit question and by telling us that there is a dozen others asking that same question, is telling us that he has been searching but still hasn't found the answer. Unfortunately I don't know the answer myself, or I'd be eager to help.

Some people just don't understand what forums are all about.

Those that can't find the answers by searching ask questions and those that know the answers provide same. It should be that basic.
Unfortunately there is this third category that has all the time in the world for putting people down but don't have time to answer questions OR don't have the answers and just want to mouth off.

Unfortunately there is this 4th category that has all the time in the world for getting on people's nerves. Even though there are answers posted to the dozens of questions they still like to ask to feel special.

OUch's legit question has been answerd with legit answers dozens of times. Hopefully someone will have the answer in the future but none do now.

bcub you want your answer sence you can't read. Yes it can be done. You have to change your cam id , and receiver info. Which we all know. Now you have to get your RSA keys and your DT08 to match up. Now I have let the cat out of the bag have at it. I have been working on this along with getting to use you own info with help from another guy from another web site for 2 days and we are at a stand still now. It is not as easy as everyone thinks it is. So maybe thats why you haven't seen a pfg to go with the receiver mod for the rom10 fix. If I had it I 'll tell you this I wouldn't give it to ouch. He just wants a free hand out.

bcub you want your answer sence you can't read. Yes it can be done. ........... I wouldn't give it to ouch. He just wants a free hand out.
If I can't read it would only be due to the poor spelling and sentence formation.
Ok so one says it can't be done and the other: Yes it can be done.
That just proves how legitimate the question was.

"Which we all know" assumes that everyone is at your level when it comes to this specific topic. Not so. Looking at some questions that you've asked in the past, they are no different than anyone elses. Answers were there before you asked the questions.

There is hardly a new question that could be asked and therefore, according to you, no need for a forum. Just an FAQ will do.

Noone wants a free ride, but some are at a different level of understanding than others. Some don't even have the capacity of ever comprehending what is being said. .....Just as some don't have the capacity of giving answers that are comprehendible. All are welcome members and should be given credit for trying.

Moderators have the function of keeping things in line and reprimanding those that may ubuse the forums. I don't see the Moderator title here.

Dog breath and sukh77 are correct ....

If you guys bother to read ...then you will find out that unless you can come up with your own RSA keys and DT08 info ....there is NO way for you to modify the Atmega flash ....not to mention a stupid pfg file ...

The old days of changing IRD # and box key to get stuff working is ....GONE ...!!!

You cannot just change the IRD # and box key and hopes it'll work ...so stop asking the stupid question ...."why can't I just make the Atmega work with mod'ed TSOP for rom102torom10..." ...

And that's why nobody had bothered to answer THAT question ...all you have to do is read....and you'll find out ...

no spoon feeding......period ....

Ok so you got me on my spelling. So what is your point. Yes I am assuming that every one know that your cam ID and receiver info has to be changed. If you don't then you need to be reading more In the newbie section. As to my post, go ahead and look at them all day. Looks like I am helping people out and maybe you will learn some thing.

The reason this thread has turn into this is cause this is N2. Every thing is new. You Have to reinvent the wheel. The old ways are gone. Unless there is some major break through and some one can come up with a program like Nagra Edit 4.1, or expand on that and upgrade it to do every thing need. Now lets stop this and move on. Ouch I am sorry for saying what I did but this is about reinventing the wheel. Bcub I am sorry for fighting. Now lets move on. I am done with this thread.
