301.010 and atmega

hi everyone i have upgrade my tsop to the newest p243 and then save it modify the box key and ird # apply 301.010 amtega fs scrip and flash back my tsop everything went well i then program my card with tamico n2 and after doing all that ii plaug the ird in with power and nothing else wait for a couple of mins then unplug it and put atmega in connect sat cable and put power back on but all i get is a flashing green light all the time . can some please tell wat i am doing wrong here i really need some help . thank you all for any advice and help that i can get .

Unplug the Sat Cable. Plug in the receiver. When it goes to Searching For Sat Signal, hit Menu. Go into the Upgrade section and change it to Ask For Permission and save. Exit out, plug in Sat cable and see what happens.
