Ok so I got my IRD all setup...and I wrote the 2 patches that are needed to emulate the rom102.....The problem Im having is that when I put the cam in the ird all my channels are in read and my ppv and porn need to be purchaced... I used 102torom10-8b. What am I missing?

All the channels being red is usually an error in writing your 3m to the card. Please outline what you did exactly and in what order.

I first setup my ird by backing up the tsop of both flashes and then wrote one on that was already setup for N2

Then I went to work on the cam

Started with my R10 A16
I did a 1 step clean on it
I then went to the patch tab and opened the
102torom10-0001-8b.ep10
modified my pw
and tested the patch and ran it with no errors
I then opened the 3mtierpatch and also modified
the pw on it and updated the idea key (although I have no idea what thats for)
and I tested and ran it. I then went to the data editor and I consolidated and
defraged the card and wrote it.

IT in folder with flash with other 2 , or 1 depend on rec write to tsop
