It would be too big to upload into the file section. Go to www.download.com and search for Hex Editor.

It's available free online. Google search hexeditor. Or download from public downloads.

Edit them in FlashEdit ver 2
Open FlashEdit ver2 and select your receiver type and open the TSOPs in their allocated spaces.
After you click on 'advanced' and 'open' you will see a small window with 4(four) uppercase letters. Hi-lite this and type in your 'real' Build Config numbers (retain uppercase).
Save as a virgin EEPROM and you will be given the opportunity to enter your 'real' Build Config number in a dropdown window. This is the EEPROM you will later flash into your IRD.

The only 'freebie' I have is too large to upload (the file is 2.02 megs and the limit is 2.00 megs)
If you go to IE and do a search for Hex Editor, it should come up.
