i have bought a 3900 without a card i was able to jtag iit and read the keys and save the tsop in which it finish at 2048 kb should it not be 512 kb als o when i hooked it up i cannot get channel 101 just blank screen my location id is not 00001 but my software version is at 191 can anyone help me as to what is wrong thanks

If by blank screen you mean you get channel info but no picture or sound. Check the box keys on the testing device and make sure they are correct. Also check the public keys on the testing device for current values.
