#1) I now have a couple receivers up & running with the rom10 to 102 files. I am a sports nut and have noticed on several channels in the 400's that I get the local blackout screen for certain events. I have read enough to know that on the initial rom10 file release the instructions said something about putting 7Fs in the blackout area before programming TSOP. Was wondering if this would eliminate the blackouts ?
#2) Working on a friends rom10 to 102 setup to get him going. Card is a rom10 but locked at A24. I would appreciate some advise on what to use (hardware & software) please. I do have an ISO and couple HU loaders, the newest, I believe a t911 clone and I also have an old Vector Technology ULPRO. If either can be "modded" I would apprecite a point in the right direction to find some instruction on how to do so if it is not too difficult.
#3) Finally, does anyone have any info/instructions on flashing these loaders. In the good ol days I used to know how in DOS and what to use, but it's just not coming back to me. Friggin old age !!

Thanks in advance for help on any of these !!

7f7f7f will not work so im told... N2 uses a diff blackout string....
to open up your card u will need a modded loader, a good software for this is "powersyncunlockrom10ver5a" have had good luck with this.... also us a vcc analyzer to get your settings.
(flash with newd 11)
to flash it its eazy now with a program called "xp atmel flash" should be in the DL section......
start doing some reading it will all come back to ya...

I have hung around here regularly since 2003 and always try to read as much as I can. I have learned much. I apologize for this post and apologize to anyone who wasted their time reading it. I can be a dumbass sometimes. I did not realize or notice a whole section dedicated to glitching & unlocking, which after going through thoroughly, I realize that just about everything I was asking was in there.

Thank you to poy41 for the response.
