Forgive me for being ignorant guys, but what is the difference between a quad and a dual iso? I have an A23 B3V card and would like to get back up and running. Should I buy a dual or quad? Does Mili have any? Which brand would you suggest?

A dual ISO has 2 crystals, a Quad ISO comes with 2 but has provision for up to 4.
An ISO programmer, quad or otherwise, cannot be used for glitching. You need to do modifications yourself, or buy a modded loader.

OK - Am I missing something here? Some people say yes an ISO will unlock and load card and others are saying no?

an ISO will unlock cards but not the newer ones with the newer rev. , for them u will need a modded loader.

ISO will not open Stream locked A23 A24 cards. Quad mod ISO loaders have 2 crystals in them , the other two spots are not included so quads are really just duals unless taken apart and crystals added.

You will need a modded HU card glitching loader to unlock cards using powersync software and winex.

Thanks for clearing that up guys. One more question - is there a way to tell if card is stream locked or dealer locked other than trying to unlock it? Card was in the stream up until N1/N2 switch so I am assuming it is stream locked.

Not really a way to tell unless you have a copy of the image that was loaded to the card, Then you can open it in nagraedit and see if a pass was put at C600 or C700.
Either way a modded loader will reopen it though.
