N2 Edit "error"

I am trying to install N2 Edit and keep getting this error.
"The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Is their a trick to get it to work on windows XP Sp2?

Could someone help me with getting rid of the error?

Figured it out for myself thought it might help someone else. When using XP sp2 you need to install Microsoft.net framwork 2.0 you can get it here:
