I did everything by the instructions and used ATMEGA ALL-IN-ONE but the IRD keeps rebooting. I have backed up orginal Tsops and Eprom. I did not make any change to Eprom. In Jkeys Box Keys and IRD reads exactly what I changed it to by the instructions in "how to" . Please help if any one has run in to the same thing.
Thanks

What should be done to eprom. As I said I did not make any changes to Eprom. May be that is what I need to do. Please let me know how you make out.

Remove the sat cable from your IRD.
Remove the ATmega128 card from your IRD.
Hook up the jtag reader.
Plug the IRD back in to the wall recepticle.
Start jkeys.
Click on Flash Program
Select the second program (from the left window) that uses U23 starting at address FC000000. Do a full erase (minimum of three times). Click on program and select your R004477-----U23--------TSOP.
When the TSOP finishes loading, look back over to the left and select the first program U22 starting at address FE00000 and do a full erase (minimum of three times). When the erase is finished, click on program and select the U22 TSOP.
When you originally opened the modded TSOPs into FlashEdit, you selected the 'real' Build Config number (that matches the sticker on the inside of your receiver). This 'real' Build Config is now incorporated in the virgin bin you saved. This is the bin you now will program into your IRD using jkeys.
Now that all of the data and information is loaded into your IRD, do a 'Detect' and see that everything is properly displayed. The information should be the dealer provided R00 (number), the dealer provided Box Keys and the Build Config must match the sticker on your IRD PCB.
When you program your ATmega128 card you will do a Lock/Fuse bits. Do not select FC as the first bit for your card. FC will lock the card (I use FF AE 89 FF).
Good Luck
