Closing MT(slow)

Hey all,
It seems something I changed has dramatically slowed down MT opening and exiting. Sometimes it takes 4 minutes to shut down. It's saying "deleting old epg entries".
Startup times aren't quite as bad but still very slow.

It will be an epg parsing issue.

Try replacing the epg.mdb file with a blank one. If this fixes the issue, then it is in your epg settings in MT.

Are you displaying only favorites or all channels?

Are you using the 7 day guide?

Personally I replace the epg.mdb file about once a month. Any old garbage is gone and mt seems to run smoother and faster.
