Same here!! Ordered 1 day after you, payed with paypal!! I am filing a complaint with paypal today! May I sugest you do the same. Paypal is very good at settling disputs, usually. Good luck!!

i just re-checked order, it was on Oct, 30! 2 atmegas and programmer, sent multiple e-mails, no responce, I just filed a complaint with paypal! again, I wish us both luck!!

Before filling a complaint over an atmega purchase, you better get a really good alibi over why you're buying one in the first place. There are legal uses for the atmegas but mostly complaining about it to paypal is like going to the post office and arguing that your shipment of pot hasn't arrived (even if it was for legal purposes).
