I've had this Modded T911 for a while, bought it from dish monkey and never got it to work, now recently the new 102 3m's came out and I need this to work. Here are the stats, I have a 9v power source also tried a variable power source but no light will come on, also when I connect the rs232 cable to com1 I get this :

Hex Files Loaded.
Initializing ...
Initialized
Syncing ...
Failed: Could not find Active Atmel!
Complete!

I already have dip switches 1 and 5 set, and ready, but there is one thing missing the sw1 switch, it looks like it fell out or something (is this really important??), all I see is this :

-------
| _ _ _ |
------- NO ACTUAL SWITCH, JUST PINS

Please exuse the drawing, I don't have the digital cam on me. I've been at this for a long time, please if someone can help, please let me know. Thanks a bunch guys.

I am also getting the same problem.

Tried various switch positions 1 & 5, 1& 6, 2 &5, 2 & 6,
still same problem.

for the power you need 9v and 300ma go to radio shack or home depot a universal 12v max 300ma multi it goes from 1.5 5 9 12 v that what i use and for the sw1 switch that gone use nail to see if you can move it up or down
your 9v power may not be 300ma if it more it could fry it .
it about 15$ instead of 70$ for new mod

I have the same model. No switch on mine either. To flash use 1 and 6 on. While flashing, hold a jumper wire between the first two pins on the switch. That's the first two from the left.
Hope this helps!
