Rom10 A23 behaving strange

I was trying to clean my ROm10 at A23. Seeing something new, i've never seen before:

I've attached a picture of the exact window prompt that comes up. (using nagra 4.1)
Does anyone know what kind of password its looking for or how to get around this?
Any help would be appreciate.
