I have altered the keys in the eeprom, why would I be getting a checksum error on the new key's location and what is the best way to correct this error? I have bipassed the error to get a info channels only. Thanks I'm pulling hair.

Well i tried to full monty that and it keeps giving me lock fuse error. What do i do? i tried alt chip erase im able to erase it full monty but then when i put it in the reciever the black screen is still up

So now my question to anyone who can help is

How do i change my fuse settings and add the eprom?

Any help appreciated

1 of 5 of my atmegas was being stubborn like that too. Don't know if it was just a fluke and I just got lucky, but I kept changing the settings back to their original settings and hit write. Did this about 5 times and tried the alt chip erase with success.
