s2emu4.0.0.1.dll basically is an enhanced version of s2emu118. One need a two key sets, N1 and N2, on the softcam for this dll to work properly. D*** use two key sets, N1 and N2. Right now the N1 and N2 set of numbers are the same; people can softcam generators to get this file. If D*** change one set of numbers, channels will drop; poeple will have to go back to the old style softcam with N1 and N2 key sets if you want to get all channels.
s2emu 119 is the new dll plugin file. One need a one key set, N2, on the softcam for this dll to work properly. Works great with B** because it used only N2 key set only. Use s2emu 119, if want a dvb setup to view both D*** and B**.

Umm, not exactly....
s2emu4.0.0.1.dll was an unauthorized version. Mars did not compile it.
s2emu 1.19 is the version updated to work with Bev as well.
The providers can use multiple keys at the same time. If they do, then you need multiple keys in your softcam. The key select byte determines which key is needed to decrypt the stream.
Here is a c/p from a post that explains it well.
Softcams for those providers are pretty simple, don't need an editor.
Take a look at this and it will make sense, I hope.

N 0101 00 XXXXX... <-- 16 byte (32 digits) IDEA key "96"
N 0101 10 XXXXX... <-- 16 byte IDEA key "86"
N 0101 M1 ZZZZZ... <-- 64 (128 digits) byte RSA key
N 0101 X1 XX <-- exp - doesn't ever change
B3V is the same except provider is "0901"
N 0901 00 XXXXX... <-- IDEA key "96"
N 0901 10 XXXXX... <-- IDEA key "86"
N 0901 M1 ZZZZZ... <-- RSA key
N 0901 X1 XX <-- exp - doesn't ever change
So all you would ever have to do is to replace the "XXXXX..." with the correct IDEA keys and the "ZZZZZ..." with the correct RSA key being used. Fairly simple, right?
"86" "96" simply put, is just a way for the provider to select which key to be active (in use). Sometimes some channels can use one key "86" and the other channels use the other key "96" at the same time!
