Help unlocking Rom10 again

I am trying to put the new dish keys on my ROM10 card.
Tried every thing I could but still displays ROM 102 REV 123.
I tried rompopper-V33 in WinExplorer
Tried the unlock in NagraEdit4.1
Tried unlockN2Rom10Emu.D2c and clean.bn10
Rebooted the computer and redid everything
but still can not get it to open
Any help Please?
