Multistar Key Change ?

ok, I go into the Multistar Key Editor.
I see an entry as follows :
CA Type : Nagra2
Priovider: 0001 Dishnetwork
Key00: 0A4C4DA09A68AC8F8B0DC0743B703559
KeyM1: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
A bunch of "key" looking numbers/letters
A bunch of "key" looking numbers/letters
A bunch of "key" looking numbers/letters
KeyX1: 03
The Key00 and KeyM1 actually have keys in them but I didn't want to retype them here.
I update the Key00 and KeyM1 with the new IKey0 and Ikey1....save everything...but no joy...I even do a rescan....no joy
Can the Multistar even have it's keys updated manually, and if so, what am I doing wrong ??

change only the key 00 use all digits from new keys and save that should have up and running
