I need some help unlocking 102 rev 105

i have a modded loader flashed with new13.i was running 102 nd_13 aoff-intercept auto vcc20 this is what im getting..

what loader do u have? some have a pot screw that can be turned to get it or u will have to solder a 20 ohm resister on your loader....

it says unlooper&loader 200 on the back.it has a ajuster that says alpha b5k on it..this is what it looks like..

thats most likely it, u will have to use a voltmeter to read what ohm u r at or u could just guess and check....

20 ohms? Thanks poy I was coming in to ask about what ohms peeps were using, I let my run all day yesterday at 150 ohms, which is where I usually pop rom 10's and then I tried 378 ohms where I usually popped rom 3's with no success. I tweaked the vcc's in the script and was using 10 and 0, I would only get a + right after a No resp' hit and the rest were negatives, otherwise I was getting all ----, I will try poy and let you know. Par, that is the same loader I have, it isn't that old, just looks like its been in the closet for quite awhile!! I have never been able to follow general resistance for opeining rom 10's or 3's so I wouldn't count on 20 ohms doing it either, but I will try and report results.

Depends on the loader, poy, mine is the same as the picture above and it is a oddball, most other loaders worked around the 2.2k ohm mark, the best way to do it is to find a proggy called glitch analyzer, load the newd6 flash onto your loader and run your rom 10 through it, it was made for rom 3's but this does work, you then can find out the sweet spot for your glitches, it will tell you the floor and ceiling, if you don't have any ------'s you lower resistance, if you don't have any ++++ your raise resistance, untill you get a good mix as some point in the script. it will tell you what your setting will be, you then reload with newd7, newd 8 or newd9, (depends on the card and loader which one will work the best, I always used 9) and let it rip with a rom 10 unlocker program, I always like unlockallver2 program,

This T911 must be modded......if you have done that already, and have unlocked blue cards, then use winexplorer loader2 setting....

If your trying to unlock a 102 rev 105 you need to flash Newd13....Next you must set your resistor pot to 10-20 ohms, or course you need a ohm meter to do this..or turn pot all the way to left, then turn right a little bit until you start to see +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- when glitching....if you get all ---------------------------------then you need less ohm resistance.
My 911 blue loader, I use dip switches 1.2,5 on to glitch...

Use ROM102_ND13_A0FF-INTERCEPT-autoVCC_20.XVB to unlock card...and do some more reading......

i have read..you might want to look up a few post at the picture i posted of the loader..i tried both rom10 and 102..

The pic you posted does look like a T911 blue board, if the mod was done correct you should be able to glitch into a Rom102 card....

The dip switches is very important, mine use dips 1.2,5 on or Up all other off or down.....looking at back of loader....

The resistor pot.....you must turn this almost off, CCW, start ROM102_ND13_A0FF-INTERCEPT-autoVCC_20.XVB, see what kind of pattern it gives you. Your trying for -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+. If you get ----------------------------------then you may need to replace the resistor pot with one of less resistance.....My setting is about 12 ohms......

Adjust pot, restart ROM102_ND13_A0FF-INTERCEPT-autoVCC_20.XVB , and keep doing that until you get a good -+-+ mix.

make sure it is set to these settings.

I don't know who did the mod on that T911, if I were you i would download the T911 mod, there is a couple of how-to's on this loader, one has some good pics.....

Looking at the first picture you posted, the green and red led's are reversed, and both led's are still there....Part of the Mod is to remove the green led.....

I don't know if the last loader in your post can be modded, I don't know the kind of loader it is. I think it would be easier to check the T911 mod and see if your loader maybe is missing a mod step...look for the T911 mod in the file section.

Note: There is a T911 blue board, a T911 Green board, and a Nexus T911 make sure the pics in the Mod how-to matches your loader...

You other option is to buy a modded loader from a hardware site, the T911 and the Nexus orange T911 both work good on 102 cards.

no, i took out the resistor and the pot screw and its still at .5k ohms, its stuck there, i can only get it to go down if i use a resister lower then .5k. (20 ohms) but i want to set it at 2.2k.

Why 2.2K? That will be good for a Blue card, but not the 102's, you need a variable so you can adjust for either kind of card....a fixed resistor will not work in most cases, because every loader is just a little different, and the resistor value needed to glitch will vary from loader to loader. That is the reason you need a VR, so you have find the sweet spot by adjusting the the VR...

Your using a resistor to limit the voltage, a 2.2k fixed resistor may or may not work. It's just a lot easier to use a 5k trimmer pot, when values are unknown.

Yeah I think I get it, your measuring the resistance of the circuit.....:D

Your trying to measure the value of the resistor connected in the circuit.....you need to, remove voltage and take one wire off "break the circuit" to measure the value of the resistor....

Is this your question? How to I get 2.5k ohms?

Take a fixed 2.5k ohm fixed resistor and solder one wire on one end and the other wire on the other end.....you will have a 2.5k ohm resistor in line.....

Or you can do what I said to start with, take a 5k ohm VR 25 turn Pot.....take a VOM meter and adjust the pot to read 2.5K...make a little mark so you know this is the 2.5k setting...now solder the VR in line.....if you don't get a good glitch when you run the unlocker script, then unhook the voltage and turn the pot CCW a tad and re-glitch...
