Can't open latest Digiwave 7000 File

I have downloaded this file and tried to unzip it, I put on the password and but when I tried to extract it zip says "unsupported compression method 99". Please help

Try another zip utility!!! The more comun are WinZip and WinRaR. Password? Password for what??? The only thing you need is a target folder (here you are going to keep the unzipped file)

Then you got a corrupted file, look in another site and download it again!!!

i downloaded from the public downloads i can't open mine either, i also had to download a ftlink first time trying this myself having a really hard time with this
