Want to program ROm 101 need help!

Hey Guys,

I also have (2) Rom 101 cards I got from Mili and I was wondering if there is anything out here software wise that I can program my card with my modded loader and do not have to modify anything on the receiver at all?

If anyone could help me on this as well I would appreciate it! Thanks again in advance! Cybershark

Yes Mili made a sticky on this and said all the files in public downloads, do a search for rom 101 info and you will get tons of hits.Look for winzip file called rom101 3m package it's all there.All you have to do is read the posts.........

I have that file but it says you have to Jtag your receiver and I do not have a working Jtag. Can you just program the card with the information. That is what I really need to know. IF anyone knows if youcan just program the Rom 101 card and not mess with your Tsop on the reciever please let em know. Thanks in advance!

Here is a quote from the read me in that file, so I would say you need to score a jtag from someone...........

" click file and open the 3m bin
- click card and select "write to card"
- your card should now be loaded and ready

When done that you need need to edit your recievers tsop in flashedit with these ird and box key numbers, but first your reciever must have the current firmware updates. If they do not update reciever first then read and save tsop and then edit.

IRD: 01 1C 74 6C
Box keys: 8C A6 A8 8C FD E2 E2 63

you have to be able to jtag the reciever for this to work at this time so you can reprogram it with the right ird numbers and box keys so it will work. Mabey soon it'll be easier, but for now you'll need the jtag.

Do yourself a favor,get a new j-tag. Even if there is a 3m out for 101's that doesn't require any tsop mods,it could get ecm'd any minute.

True I do have a digital lock so I have never had them wipe my Tsop yet just get an error message and reprogram the card. Do you know if there is a 3m script for the 101 cards that does not require messing wit the Tsop on the receiver yet?

That is what I am trying to find out. Thanks in advance!
