Can the Pansat receive Starchoice signal and watch tv?

Starchoice uses different encription not "decripted" yet. You can use the dish, so bigger dish better quality in signal (actualy is going to give you a really stable signal). Which bird can you catch with that LNB, that question could better be answered by Crow492 (if he reads this post). You can still use your Pansat with that dish and the proper LNBs!!!
