Locked out of Pansat 2500

Hi,my buddy has a pansat 2500,was ok,loaded a new bin,and now his password doesnt work and he is locked out,any ideas on removing it,he swears it is the right one,has reloaded bin 3 times.Thanks.:confused:

have you tryed reloading the factory bin ? and then retry the password.
