301-013 & rom 10 spoof????

got a hold of a 301-13 dual tsop, wondering if it will work with a 102 to 10 rom 10. its getting previews with out a card in it. and it says purchased on all ppv channels but no video or audio. any ideas will help. thanks;) ;) ;)

dont know if its normal but my 301-13 dual tsop is getting previews with out a card in it
