I too have a couple of the 4500C's..... I take it then that they are no good right? I just want to confirm before I toss them out.

I use them, you need special programmers such as f040 and or Grey Hound unit to use them. Most of them you can not change the BK or IRD # and have to create private bins.

So unless you're an advanced tester get yourself a 2700/301 or 3100.
