Mpeg-4?

I was thinking about buying a HR10 to use with a discounted sub so I can get into HD with DTV.

My question is, I keep hearing about DTV implementing MPEG-4. I'm concerned if I buy an HR10 now, that it could be obsolete in a couple months.

Anyone know what the details are on the MPEG-4 stuff with DTV? Should I just hold off?

I called DTV about this yesterday because they are supposed to have the HD locals in my are. I have the HS10 and they statedt that is will have no issues with HD programming just will not be able to get the HD locals because they are using mpeg-4.
