pc. wont read recievers ??

i have a model 2150 cs 1.5 solo lap top problem is i cant read the reciever it comes up unknown deviece i got the c mos settings set the only way i can to do the atmega card erase full monty works but i cant change j keys becase i cant detect a reciever i have a 2700 any help ?

in the avr-x section on top it is a sticky
