hi i have a 3900 reciever and i hook it up to the stream with out the card ram 10; i found a signal but 30 seconds after the box went out and would not turn when i fully onplug it then replug again the box comes on for about 10 seconds and go off and would not come on. do you think the box is no good. thank you
