N2 EMU Board flash for 6000??

Using a two chip Black EMU board in which the Atmel 2313
is not removeable. Can I flash by connecting it to my serial port and use the XPAtmel program? And; does anyone have the N2 EMU atmel flash for the 6000 ird?

I'm also looking for a N2-6000 flash for MY emu setup ,the 6000 needs a custom flash from what I remember ?

the removable atmel on my internal emu is{ AT90S2313-10PI }

Use the one chip flash or two chip flash depending on which one you have. Nothing special about the interface
for the 6000.

you sure about that ?,evryone I've spoken to {a few of them selling externals},all said they absolutly need to know if the board is to be used for a 6000,that it will need a special flash,that it was a timing issue of some sort ?,
I know for a fact that was the case before N2.

I did find a flash though,someone was nice enough to send it along,I just need to start doing some reading on playing with the tsops.......I'm not too comfortable doing this.
I wish I could find a complete step by step for doing a 6000

You need to get Wannna_be 6000 Jtag Guide. It tells all you need to work with 6000's. It's in the file section.

I'll send it along,actually it's 2 flashes for the 6000 ,and they came with other flashes as well as xpatmel flash !

I am in the process of working with a 6000. I was speaking of the Atmel flash and if it is supposed to be special I should know soon. From all the reading I have done nobody has mentioned any special flash. If you have
any info or special flash post it and I will give it a try. Was hoping to have this done this weekend!

every place I've seen that sells emu boards bothinternal or external ask if your running a 6000....?
I had to ship my original external board back cause it wouldn't work with a regular flash with the old N1 emu setup,as soon as it was reflashed.....!

check out sonic perfection,high on tech etc etc, they all need to know if it's a 6000....
