301.10 Programing HELP

Ok guys here’s my problem. I have a 301.10 and I tried to do the atmega n2 all in one program. I have never used jkeys or flashEdit-2.1beta 4. After many attempts I finally was able to read the jkeys (I didn’t know that the IRD had to be plugged in) and that I had to have the jtag connected to the IRD to save the tsop. So I saved u22 and u23 and modded the box keys (52 54 2B D8 07 DC EC 6F) IRD (02AB4761). Then I went to Jkeys and tried to program the IRD? Well I went to flash program and I erased u22 and u23. I don’t know if that was right? And when I tried to program them I did u22 and then tried u23 and that’s when I started with errors like ( Error performing flash write request-Error performing flash at offset 0 x 1fc00000- Flash operation completed with incorrect data read back- Error detected erasing flash- flash operation unexpectedly stopped ( DQ6 stopped toggling) after many attempts I finally flash u23 it took 35 minutes to flash but I still get error when I try to flash u22. when I can flash u22 it takes about 15 minutes to flash. I can’t program the other IC when I do one? Now am trying to put the original flash back but still with no luck. Can someone please take me step by step? And please don’t skip steps because I don’t know how to work all these programs. I hope I didn’t F@ck the IRD. And using the $50 dollar Jtag that MILI is selling don’t know if that will help????????

First turn the red off. It is hard to read. Look for the 301 resurrection guide in the donload section. Then do a search on how to properly flash your receiver.

same thing happened to me i just kept reloading u23 till it took u22 and even then, when I went to hook it up it didn't werk so I tried u23 and u22 once again bingo! it werks try that

hey guys just wanted to thank you guys for the info.. that resurrecting worked great. i was able to put my old info back in my IRD hook back up to the sat and it works. well not really still need that N2 fix. but am still trying that N2 fix now that i know a lil more..... so i tried to change the boxkeys and IRD and it took the new program. plug the IRD to power for about 3-4 minutes and unpluged it and put the sat back on but all it dose is turns on and off turns on and off???? what did i do wrong this time. :eek:

just to let you guys know i got it going. guess the just need one more try and now it works. thanks to the guys that helped me.

Thats what testing is all about , trying , failing , F$#@cking , and then paf it work , congrats not wanted a free solution without doing anything , everybody here is willing to help and we all need help at one point , but first try , try , and keep trying , almost everytime you will acheive it by yourself with a lil reading .
